My Egg Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 Egg Whites
- 1/3 cup Red/Green Bell Peppers
- 2 Slices Wheat Bread
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- Sauté your Red/Green Bell Peppers
- Pour uncooked egg white into pan with Bell pepper
- Cook till egg whites are done
- toast your 2 Slices of wheat bread.
- Place Egg and pepper mix on bottom slice of bread
- Then place like of cheddar cheese on top eggs
- top with last slice of wheat bread.
- Enjoy!!!
My Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients List
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup sautéed red/green peppers
- 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 chicken breast
- Season your Chicken breast with Italian seasoning
- Grill Chicken till done
- Boil spaghetti noodles till done
- Sauté red and Green peppers
- Heat up spaghetti sauce
- Put Spaghetti Noodles on place
- Top with Spaghetti Sauce
- Then up the Red/Green Peppers on Top
- Last Top with the Chicken
- Enjoy!!!
Water Filter Love Them
Water is your Friend When losing weight or just to be healthy. Personally I hate the taste of water unless its bottled and not all of they tastes them same. I don't even like all of the different brands. They get pretty costly to when you bring a lot of water. So I just love the filtered bottles of water and the faucet filters. There great good for the environment and your wallet So why not use them.
