Daily Workouts App!!


 I love this app they have workouts from every major part of your body even Cardio. The workouts have 5, 8 and 10 minute times and the full body workout is 10, 20, 30 minute options good for anyone busy schedule. Even great for vacations. A must try App.
 

My Egg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Red/Green Bell Peppers
  • 2 Slices Wheat Bread
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Sauté your Red/Green Bell Peppers
  2. Pour uncooked egg white into pan with Bell pepper
  3. Cook till egg whites are done
  4. toast your 2 Slices of wheat bread.
  5. Place Egg and pepper mix on bottom slice of bread
  6. Then place like of cheddar cheese on top eggs
  7. top with last slice of wheat bread.
  8. Enjoy!!!

My Spaghetti Recipe


Ingredients List
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup sautéed red/green peppers
  • 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 chicken breast
Instructions
  1. Season your Chicken breast with Italian seasoning
  2. Grill Chicken till done
  3. Boil spaghetti noodles till done
  4. Sauté red and Green peppers
  5. Heat up spaghetti sauce
Placement
  1. Put Spaghetti Noodles on place
  2. Top with Spaghetti Sauce
  3. Then up the Red/Green Peppers on Top
  4. Last Top with the Chicken
  5. Enjoy!!!

Water Filter Love Them

Water is your Friend When losing weight or just to be healthy. Personally I hate the taste of water unless its bottled and not all of they tastes them same. I don't even like all of the different brands. They get pretty costly to when you bring a lot of water. So I just love the filtered bottles of water and the faucet filters. There great good for the environment and your wallet So why not use them.
