- 3/4 Egg Whites
- 1/3 cup Red/Green Bell Peppers
- 2 Slices Wheat Bread
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- Sauté your Red/Green Bell Peppers
- Pour uncooked egg white into pan with Bell pepper
- Cook till egg whites are done
- toast your 2 Slices of wheat bread.
- Place Egg and pepper mix on bottom slice of bread
- Then place like of cheddar cheese on top eggs
- top with last slice of wheat bread.
- Enjoy!!!
